In 2005, JP's work was honored by the American Society of Cinematographers and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Currently, JP is working with National Geographic and has completed shooting The Taqwacores, which premiered at Sundance 2010 and is coming to theaters this fall.
